Established in 1979, ADL Dental Laboratory, Inc. continues to provide quality work and expertise to dentists on both local and national levels. Buying the lab from his father in 1991, Chris Morris began to focus on the implant and advanced services side of the laboratory. With the changes came growth - from 6 technicians in '91 to 40 Louisville and 15 Elizabethtown employees in 2007.
Below are introductions to the department heads within ADL Dental Laboratory, Inc.

Her latest training and experience includes the most up-to-date implant overdenture systems like All-on-4™, Bredent, and Locator. Lyle, our newest addition to the ADL team, brings a well-rounded background and enthusiasm for dentistry to the client relations/concierge position. Lyle recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Business Management, and gleaned sales and customer service experience in between semesters and classes. His background of note includes direct, door-to-door sales positions in both New York City and Los Angeles. In the dental field, Lyle has worked as a dental assistant, and understands the dynamics of a dental office. He's enjoyed dentistry so much that becoming a dentist is Lyle's long-term goal, and is currently applying to dental school.
David Schuchard - Senior Technical Advisor
With three decades of experience, David fills the role of Senior Technical Advisor for ADL. He graduated from St. Meinrad in 1973 with a B.S. in Biology, and became a CDT only five years later. Shortly after certification, David opened Southend Dental Ceramics which served Louisville-area dentists for 20 years, until he joined with ADL in 1998. Now, with her overall experience, Ronda coordinates production, parts and customer service for our implants and crown and bridge departments. Ronda is also responsible for prepping all implant abutments. Ronda considers herself a Hoosier. She enjoys boating in the summer and following her son's baseball career at Jacksonville University.
Missy Hoback - Shipping and Receiving
Shipping, receiving, supplies, managing, customer service, scheduling, a receptionist - Missy does it all! Coming from an Assistant Manager position for a finance firm, Missy was hired in November of 2000 as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. She quickly displayed her knack for multitasking, and was promoted a few years later to head up the fast paced Shipping and Receiving department. It's likely you'll meet Missy if you call ADL - she's usually the first one to answer. Though she may be preparing a case to leave, talking to one of our drivers, and entering information into the computer, your phone call and providing great customer service is her top priority. A native of Bullitt County, south of Louisville, Missy enjoys keeping up with the constant sports schedules of her two boys, Tyler and Corey.
